• On a wide range of personal property and commercial disputes including disputes concerning leases, caveats and construction contracts as well as general debt recovery and insolvency proceedings.
• On transportation, insurance and sale of goods issues, including shipping, and carriage of goods by road.
• On employment issues, including conducting claims and defences in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court.
• On a wide range of family law matters including relationship property claims and agreements, estate litigation and disputes relating to the guardianship and care of children.
