Graeme is the senior partner of Rennie Cox. He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in 1955. He has practised as a partner in the firm since 1956.

Over his 50 years of practice, Graeme, amongst other things, has advised commercial enterprises in most aspects of commercial law including mergers and acquisitions and asset and corporate restructuring.

He is the principal commercial and property lawyer for a large publicly listed company. This company now has more than 30 outlets throughout New Zealand.

Graeme also has an extensive property and commercial leasing practice. He has been involved in all aspects of commercial leasing and property development.

Graeme is the Governing Director of a large Auckland based property company.
