Margaret has been in legal practice for eight years.
She practices in the area of general commercial litigation,
employment and health and safety. She has a Masters degree
in law from the University of Auckland in employment
law..
She advises clients on:
- General commercial disputes, land and property disputes,
negligence claims against professionals and claims against
estates;
- Employment issues, including personal grievances, drafting employment contracts, advising employers on disciplinary matters, health and safety and redundancy issues, representing both employers and employees in mediations, employment relations authority, human rights authority and the Employment Court;
- Professional indemnity claims, leaky buildings and insurance contract disputes;
- Debt recovery and commercial insolvency.
